Our Parc Broncoed residential development in Mold for F.G. Whitley has been awarded the Best Volume Developer in Flintshire at the Local Authority Building Control Awards. The scheme of 65 units is being delivered over a number of phases, with the first phase of 23 homes completed last year. Phase 2 is currently on site providing a further 16 units, with Phases 3, 4 & 5 due to follow on shortly afterwards.
