These latest photos from WRW Construction show our affordable apartment scheme at Aberystwyth Town Football Club taking shape on site. The new development provides 33 apartments on a rectangular piece of land between the football pitch and the river, Afon Rheidol. Some apartments benefit from balconies and views out overlooking the pitch, whilst the rest look out over the river and the town. The development, for Tai Ceredigion, also provides ground floor under-croft parking mitigating the risk from tidal flooding from the river.
