AGA won the National Award in the category of ‘Best Small Social Housing Development’ at the LABC National Awards held at Park Lane, London, last Friday 19th January. For our involvement in Bethesda Affordable Housing Project ‘Hen Orsaf, Gwynedd’. There were a total of eight finalists for this award from across the national regions.

We are delighted with the incredible achievement of this National Award. This project is an impressive collaboration of everyone involved including Gareth Morris Construction (GMC), Grŵp Cynefin and Gwynedd Council. A high level of focus and commitment was given by the whole project team contributing to this amazing success.

We have also won the awards in the category of ‘Best Purpose Built Accomodation’ for the Treberth Crescent project in Newport. Working with Pobl Group and Derwen Cymru, the scheme at Treberth provides 45 apartments and a community hub, with facilities for both the residents and tenants living in the wider area.
