We are very pleased to announce that we have secured planning consent (subject to a S106 agreement) for 12 luxury flats in West Kirby, Wirral.
The application went to Wirral Planning Committee last night with a recommendation for approval from the planner and gained a unanimous vote in favour of the scheme.
Since the original application was submitted to planning, it was reduced in size from 14 apartments to 12 and subsequently the designs were amended following discussions with the planner.
A local Councillor had called for the application to be taken to committee after some local residents voicing their concerns namely overlooking and traffic, however these were addressed within the application and the Councillors agreed that there’s no grounds for refusal and praised the high end design of the scheme.
