Construction works are progressing well at Gladstone Library with the new windows now complete and the cupola repair well underway.

Recent works have also focused on the library’s distinctive tower porch, which has now been carefully stabilised to ensure its long term structural integrity and preserve its historic character. In addition, the small dormer windows have been cleaned and restored.

The project continues to balance essential repair works with the preservation of the building’s historic fabric.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the next phases of construction are completed.
