Planning Approval granted for scheme of 24 new affordable homes
Gaining unanimous approval at the Liverpool Planning Committee, the scheme which is located at the junction of Stonebridge Lane and Parkstile Lane in Gillmoss for Cobalt Housing will provide 24 new affordable homes.

Opening Ceremony at Dove and Meadow Court, Burton upon Trent
Our new over 55’s sheltered housing scheme, Dove and Meadow Court for Trent and Dove Housing in Burton upon Trent is complete. An official opening ceremony took place on 3 September 2015, and was attended by Cllr. David Leese, Mayor of East Staffordshire, who praised the quality of the accommodation available to the tenants of Trent and Dove Housing.

Charity Abseil Down St Mary's Tower
Tom and Natalie from our Birkenhead office took part in a charity fundraising event by abseiling down the spire of St Mary’s Church at the Birkenhead Priory. They raised £215 for ‘The Friends of the Williamson Art Gallery and Museums’.

New School Taking Shape at Groeslon, North Wales
The new Area Primary School at Groeslon, near Caernarfon is currently on site and due for completion in September 2015. The 180 place school is designed as a sheltered courtyard development which incorporates the existing Victorian school, taking inspiration from the surrounding village vernacular.
